OUR ORDER PROCESS.

PThe process of changing the look of your personal car, business van or vehicle fleet with a vinyl wrap has never been easier. An attractive investment that can raise your business profile or protect your pride and joy. Vehicle wrapping materials are now even better quality than in the past with technical advancements in the science behind them improving all the time.

Luxury car collectors and enthusiasts, top brands and smaller business owners now have a top quality and choice available to them. Not to mention a selection of worldwide brands and manufacturer plus a spectrum of colours that grows as fast as the expanding universe.

Don't have a design or idea but NEED A PRICE?

In order for us to work out an exact price for your vehicle graphics or wrap it's often necessary for us to fist put together some design visual options for you. We offer a full design service and usually provide 2-3 initial options and will revise until you’re completely happy to sign off on your favourite. 

A deposit payment of between $150 - $250 + gst depending on the job specification is required to cover designs and our time, once you have received an invoice this payment can be made over the phone or by bank transfer. *Revisions/alterations are Free.
The amount charged above is deducted from the final quotation of the vehicle graphics or wrap on your booking.

As soon as we receive payment we aim to have your initial design layouts with you between 5 and 7 working days.

This is the EASIEST and most accurate way to provide you with a final cost, it is based on the visual and dimensions required to complete the work. Please give us a call to clarify any questions you may have or email across your details to get the ball rolling.

Please note we run a like for like PRICE MATCH PROMISE on all our quotations. Where possible we will do our best to beat or at least match your other quotes. New clients also receive a 5% discount on thier first inital order placed.

Step by step process below.

Whether you're contacting us for the first time or a returning customer the process below takes you through the general steps we go through in order to correctly establish your requirements and present you with the best solution and quotation for your project.



HOW TO GET A PRICE & PLACE AN ORDER - THE PROCESS

01.

Get it touch.

Send us some information about your requirements. Be as descriptive as possible and provide us with as much information as you can. Include images of your job or vehicle and include any logo or artwork files. If you are able, measurements are also very helpful. *We profide free onsite surveys if required. 02.

Budget & Price.

Once we receive your info we can then discuss budget and costs. Based on this we will then provide a quotation or estimate for the works. We may need to create visuals first in order to clarify coverage, materials and installation time.
*We work to all budgets.


03.

Design Concepts & Ideas.

We design and create visual layout options for your vehicle branding or other related project.

04.

Confirm Costs.

Based on confirmation of measurements, final design and project details we will then confirm the price and provide our competive 30 day quotation. This gets emailed across to you.


05.

Accept Quote & Sign off Designs.

You accept our quotation if you're happy to proceed.
If you've received artwork visuals and have concluded the process of any changes please provide us with confirmation that you're happy with the design and sign off.


06.

Lets Book You In.

We will schedule the vehicle or install to our diary and with production at our earliest available date. We will comfirm this with you, ensuring this is workable and convenient based on your commitments.


07.

Deposit Payment.

An invoice will now be raised and emailed to you for the 50% deposit payment required to confirm your job/booking. This locks in dates for install, allows to progress to production and for materials to be ordered.


08.

Production.

Once deposit payment has been received and dates for installation agreed we will commence with production.


09.

Vehicle drop off.

If we are branding or sign-writing your vehicle you will need to drop it to us, unless we have arrnaged to collect or it's an onsite install. This is usually around 8am morning time on the agreee date of application.
*Please be aware we require at least 72 hours notice of cancellation if you are unable to deliver the vehicle or keep the date for install.


10.

Clean & Prep.

We do request that when you deliver your vehicle it is washed clean, BUT NOT WAXED.
We do our own cleaning process, vigorous surface prep & removal of any required fixtures prior to wrap/graphics appplication.


11.

Application & Install.

Application or installation of your signage project or vehicle branding - printed vinyl graphics, decals or solid media wrap.


12.

Complete & Collect.

On completion or your project a member of our team will call or text message you. We confirm you are happy with the final result, making sure you are completey satified. Balance payment is strictly payable on completion or collection. We accept cash or direct bank transfers.
