Start quote Case study 01 Millennium Glass
From a blank set of white Toyota HiAce vans to a high-impact mobile brand. See how Wraptism drove Millennium Glass from concept exploration through print, installation and final launch of thier new fleet of vans.
01 The brief
Millennium Glass needed more than signwriting. The vehicle had to explain the business at speed, create recognition on the road and carry practical contact information without becoming cluttered.
BeforeThe starting point
The unbranded HiAce vans were a blank canvas. Our job was to give them presence, communicate “more than glass” and turn every trip into useful brand exposure.
02 Design exploration
Ten complete concpeets and directions tested scale, colour, photography, typography, contact hierarchy and how the identity moved across every visible angle.

03 The chosen direction
Concept 06 created the strongest balance: a dark technical base, a large circular identity device, bright cyan contrast and the water-texture message “more than glass.” written in the steam. The result remained readable from the front, side and rear. Each vehicle showcased a different image on each side across the fleet.
One circular brand device repeats around the vehicle.
Brand first, message second, action details third.
Curves and tonal layers carry the eye along the body.

Good vehicle branding depends on what happens after approval: accurate scaling, intelligent panel planning, careful alignment and control at every edge. Dealing with 3D vehicles is different gravy!

05 Installation standard
A wrap is judged close up as well as from across the road. Our process keeps the creative intent intact while respecting the practical demands of the vehicle. Quality print image resolution and exoperienced wrap install and application is key.
We checked the vehicle, paint and panel condition before any film was applied.
Artwork was panelled, aligned and prepared around doors, windows and body lines.
The wrap was positioned and installed methodically for consistent joins and tension.
Edges, returns, trims and contact details were checked before final presentation.

06 The result
A complete visual mobile advertising system that communicates the brand from every direction— bold enough to earn attention, controlled enough to feel established. Driving brand awareness everywhere you go.
